Very fast delivery to Germany within one week. Small footprint, but stable enough to do all kinds of workout with and without resistance bands, so designed for beginners and pros. only 4 Stars because I paid already a lot for the delivery to my country, and later on custom duties came on top. Finally, I'm happy with this kind of transformable power tower, and my family too.

I bought the Project Calisthenics bundle and it's helped me stay fit by doing workouts from my home and learning new skills!

This is a great App/tool to use to help you understand how to workout your body. As a previously obese man, I can tell you going to the gym and not knowing what to do is defeating, but with Fit, I feel like I have a plan and can go to gym/stay home and have a fantastic workout.

I followed the 30 day handstand plan and I can now do one for the first time in my life at 40 years old.
