Weight loss was almost effortless. Medicine was always on time. Communication could be better. It’s not easy to reach someone at your company.

Ease of using medication at home.

My husband and I both started this weight loss journey 6 months ago (he uses Fella health). We have lost on average about one pound each week. He has lost 30 lbs and I have lost 25 lbs (He's 6 ft and started at 250 lbs, I am 5'5" and was 150 lbs). My husband doesn't exercise or eat anything but meat and potatoes and an occasional sweet treat. I exercise 5-6 days a week, biking, walking, tennis or lifting 5-15 lb weights. I try to eat a healthy balanced diet. I'm almost 45 years old and kept gaining weight, absolutely could not lose it on my own and this medicine saved me. It's not fun giving yourself a shot each week (my husband hates needles) and some of the side effects like puking, diarrhea/constipation, heart burn, skin tingling/pain come and go. Customer service is great and very helpful and shipping is quick/on time. Five stars. As long as you keep losing weight, you don't need to up your dosage. Just go up small increments when needed to lessen the side effects.

I have been mostly happy with my participation in this program. The reason I took away one star is because you guys messed up my shipment and I had to wait 5 days for my meds. I did ask for my next shipment to come early cuz I’ll be out of town, and it got here on time so that’s good 👍🏼

The dosage on the bottles and the dosage i am scheduled the dame have different numbers and measurements making it very confusing. However, when I reach out with questions they are answered timely.

Since my last review I was contacted by Delilah and will be receiving my next order this week. They will make sure that all future orders will be sent on time. They did apologize for the lack of communication. I was happy that they took the time to reach out to me and correct the mistake.
