I'm still getting constant phone calls every day; I was hoping they would stop, or at least slow down, with all of the information being deleted. But it hasn't slowed down at all.

After reading reviews for the top deletion services I chose Delete Me. I've been with the service about four months now and so far Im not pleased with the outcome. Doing a search for myself, Delete Me is the first one that comes up! Next problem, I received an email on a Saturday to log into my account, but I forgot my password. I pressed 'forgot password', and didn't get a reset email. When I didn't get it by the next day, I emailed them. The response was, "Sorry, we don't work weekends!" This is not the huge automated service they claim to be if they can't reset a password on a weekend!!!

I suspect that overall there has been some improvements. I still receive a lot of spam mail and phone calls, which I anticipated would be less after subscribing.

The cost was too high for something out of my control.

Service is overpriced for the value I received but it does seem to deliver on its claims

The process is moving very slowly, so far nothing has been deleted.
