I received Triziptide with other active ingredients. It was not stated that B12 and Glycine were going to be in my medication when I ordered, as a matter of fact it wasn't stated on the website that any other active ingredients were going to be in my medication. There is a SMALL disclaimer at the top of the patient portal that states that there has been a "Formulary Change", but I know that 99% of people who order do not know what that may entail. It's not until after you submit payment and approved that you received an email stating what is in you medication. The first Vial my wife received in March was not mixed with other active ingredients and had a total of 72mg total in the Vial. I ordered in April and it was mixed with the other active ingredients I mentioned earlier and the Vial was only 68mg total, but both were the same price. If you don't know, these companies sell the medication by the Vial, it's how you split the milligrams per week that determines the monthly breakdown of how much the medication cost you per month. So by receiving a vial with only 68mg's in it, I ultimately paid more than my wife from the same company.
Response from BlivMay 7, 2026
We understand your concerns, and we do want to clarify that these formulation and fulfillment changes have already been explained directly through our support team and patient communications. Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies operating under state and federal regulations. The GLP-1 space is an evolving environment, and pharmacy formulations, concentrations, vial sizes, and dosing instructions can change as pharmacies adapt to compliance standards, supply considerations, and regulatory guidance. In response to these changes, we proactively pinned a formulary update notice within the patient portal to notify patients that formulation and dosing instructions may differ from prior orders. While we understand not every patient may have seen that message, it was placed there specifically to help communicate these ongoing changes. Regarding vial size, total milligrams can vary depending on formulation and concentration. What remains consistent is that prescriptions are written to provide the medication necessary for the approved treatment plan. Our focus will continue to be doing everything necessary to remain compliant, maintain patient safety, and ensure medications are dispensed through regulated pharmacy channels that meet strict quality and documentation standards.
