Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how concerning it can be when the dosing information on a new order looks different from what you were previously using. Different pharmacy concentrations can result in different unit instructions, so a change in units does not necessarily mean you have been placed back at a starting dose. We also encourage you to schedule a complimentary nurse call so our nursing team can review your current dose, the medication you received, and your dosing instructions with you directly. The quantity provided is not necessarily based on the number of doses in your vial, since each patient’s dosing schedule and how long the vial lasts can vary. Additional syringes may be needed depending on your individual schedule. We truly appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing Bliv.
