So far so good…
I feel like the process was very transparent. They communicated what I could expect and then followed through with everything they promised in a timely fashion. I had tried other companies and that was one of the most frustrating parts for me. They'd say when I could expect to hear from someone or when to expect my package and drop the ball on both. I'm feeling really positive about Bliv so far.
