Communication is pretty poor
Communication is pretty poor. No one reaches out when refills are due or if additional information is needed. It's up to the client to check the portal or initiate contact.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt this way and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Patients are not required to initiate contact for refills or outstanding items. When action is needed, our system automatically sends secure notifications via text and email, and we also encourage use of the patient portal as an additional, HIPAA-compliant way to stay informed. If a notification was missed or didn’t come through as expected, we understand how that could be frustrating and would be happy to look into it. Our goal is to make communication clear and proactive, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure everything is working as intended.
