Thank you for sharing this. Our standard policy states that once an order has been placed with a pharmacy partner we are unable to cancel or refund an order. That said, there are multiple steps that need completion prior to that step including a telemedicine consult, payment for the medication, and approval from one of our board certified clinicians.
