Two words for Abound - Fraud Company
Two words for Abound: Fraud company. My advice: Never deal with them. They hold your money forever. False commitments, broken expectations, no sense of good customer service and I don’t know what else to say. Surprising this is part of Times of India. They are really tarnishing their reputation. They promised 11-12 days delivery and as of today, 32 business days are about to be completed ! Context: I transferred $1310 to India on July 5 (Transaction ID: 1819948630). Today is August 18. I still haven’t received it! Opened two tickets with them. One didn't yield any proper response, so I opened one more and they merged the older and new tickets together. 206908 204203 My plan ahead is to open one more ticket and possibly take legal action against them. Just wanted to share my experience. This is my last transaction with them. Planning to continue with Xoom or Remitly. They pay 1 or 2 rupees less per transaction comparatively but they atleast fulfill their delivery promises and don't make it a stressful experience, unlike this sham company.
