Abound service has dropped severely to…
Abound service has dropped severely to a point that now this service should be permanently closed. I have been an Abound customer since 2024. They used to transfer money within days. Then started pushing the time limits by 10 days and now my money is stuck for 1 month. No customer support, no update, just sitting idle with my money. The automated screen pushes the estimate of delivery back every day.

Hi Abound team, This is an urgent escalation regarding transaction 2261218209, which is still not credited to my account. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I am neither receiving my money nor getting any meaningful update from your team. This prolonged delay is extremely concerning, especially because we require these funds immediately for a family emergency. Continued silence or generic responses are unacceptable given the urgency of the situation.

Worst app to send money
One of the worst apps for the remittance. They holded my money for more than 10 days and didn’t even send it to my Indian account. Their customer support team won’t even reply. They don’t have a contact number to contact support. They won’t reply for emails. The only option i had was to call my bank and dispute the transaction and then got my money back and sent it through a different app. Don’t ever use this app

I’m extremely disappointed with Abound…
I’m extremely disappointed with Abound Remittance. I made a transfer on December 26th, and as of today (mid-January), I still haven’t received the funds. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, shared all the required statements and transaction details, yet there’s been no resolution or even a meaningful update. The response times are poor, and the support team seems unhelpful and unorganized. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m losing trust in your service. Transparent communication and accountability are the least I expect, especially when money is involved.

Dont Use
0 stars - money not delivered but app says delivered. I initiated my transaction on Dec 26. On Jan 4th, app says its delivered without actually transferring the money. Reached out to customer service and provided the bank statement. Yet to hear back.

Do not want to give any stars. It has been more than 10 working days and payment still not reached the bank account.Again and again date is changing in the apps.The service is pathetic and not reliable. There is no customer service number where I can check the details. I am very unhappy with the service you provide.
