REFUND - DUPLICATE CHARGE
I ordered a 6 month supply of tirzepitiede online and when I went to pay it said my payment did not go through. I went back to my CC information and checked to make sure the expiration date was correct and then re- charged it. The second one went through but when I checked my credit card statement both the one that said it did not go through and the second one went through. I contacted RX Pros and they said if I would go for a full year they would give me excellent pricing which they did. They were to issue a credit of 580.00 to my account. Rather than issuing the credit they added another 692.XX charge so I immediately contacted them. They reversed the 692.XX charge and stated they had issued the 580.00 credit from July 13 which I have still not received. They told me to file a dispute with discover which I did and discover credited my account and then immediately took the credit back off. I requested the APN and the tracing numbers for the transactions which RXPros has refused to give me. They said Discover needed to send me a letter requesting it. I spoke to discover again and they said they do not send letters but due to my correspondence It appeared I had a strong case as RXPros admitted they owed the credit. RXPros claims the credit has been sent but Discover has no record of the credit reaching them. I have provided all of the documentation and communication from RXPros and Discover cannot find any credit from them. I keep getting the run around from RXPros and I believe that if they really issued the credit which I show on my billing page that they should be able to give me the tracking information to provide to Discover. I am beginning to believe that this is not an isolated incident after reading some of the reviews on trust pilot. I will be filing a complaint with the Wyoming AG's office, The Texas AG's office and the Conumer Protection Bureau as I am getting no where with RXPros.
