Great products, horrible customer service!!!
I’ve owned three pairs of their glasses and one of their watches. Have bought shades from the likes of Shady Ray, Jollynova, etc., I feel JS glasses are outstanding quality and far superior to other “discount” brands. They have very sturdy frames, quality lenses and an outstanding finish on the frames. My only complaint is their customer service team. The watch I bought had a battery issue and dealing with their online customer service department was a nightmare. It took weeks for them to initially respond to my inquiry. Once they did respond they agreed to send me a new watch, which was great to hear. Unfortunately, that watch never arrived and I never heard back after following up. I was forced to pursue a credit from my credit card company.
