Dirt Flippers week challenge is the real deal! Baby action steps each day provide experience and confidence. I’m going into this realizing I CAN do this even though I’ve never done real estate in my life. Joe and his team are approachable, answer questions, tell it like it is, understandable, and very reasonable compared to what I’ve seen out there. Excited to get going day 1! Thanks Dirt Flippers team!

I have been a wholesaler for several years and mostly doing houses. The land part of this business is so much easier and no repairs to figure out or inspections from banks and contractors. Excited about changing directions and teaching this old dog new tricks.

Doing this 5 day challenge had both live conversational videos and hands on training. I went from confused about how land flipping worked to confidently making moves in just a matter of days. The info and training in this is real and useable and Joe constantly encourages you to take action.

I Loved the training all week long. I appreciated the clarity and depth Joe and Gavin went into that covered the process from A to Z. It was easy to gain trust from the start due to their demeanor and honesty. It became a no brainer to sign up for the 6 week training. Can't thank these guys enough and looking forward to great success.

I have ZERO experience in any kind of real estate. Joe explained not only how his custom system works, but how land investment in general works. You can DIY with free resources, but his Flip Dirt system does the heavy lifting for you! If you're struggling like me and can't make the commitment right now, using his strategies with free resources is possible but be ready to put in some serious effort. If you are able to make the investment (let's be real, you're investing in yourself!), it is well worth the value for what he offers. If you take nothing away from this other than being in Zoom calls and learning how land investment works, that's at least worth your time!

I really enjoyed the flipping dirt challenge. I got to see a new way to do wholesaling, connected me with a community, and gave me the tools to start doing deals right away. My business partner and I signed up for Joe’s education, however, he gave so much value that anyone could walk away from the week and started doing deals.

A life changing week indeed! The entire week was filled with actionable tasks and free info so valuable it caused my business partner and I to change our entire strategy. We signed up for Joe's mentorship program and fully expect the experience will be as impactful as the 5-day challenge.

Great teaching thorough on details with real life examples and practical tips to avoid mistakes. A complete land flipping business with funding and partnership opportunities complete with all the necessary handholding to e successful if willing to work at it.
