Joe and his team did a great 5 day challenge, lots of great information and minimal "selling" of their direct coaching within the challenge - there was a separate breakout session where they did do that - but the challenge time was primarily about what they do, and how we can do this. Disclaimer I DID register for the ongoing coaching, but much of that is due to the information learned during the week course.

Wow, for a free 5-day challenge, Joe and Gavin are delivering massive value. They take the complexity and mystery out of land flipping and break it down into a simple step by step formula that is easy to follow.

I have learned a TON from his teaching. I wish I had to funds to join the program because there is a lot that comes with it. However, by watching the videos, and have the drive to do the work, you can do it without the program, although it would help. What he gives for free is priceless.

Joe really got down in showing us how to do our first deal from A to Z. I've been on many free challenges in the past, this was by far the most in-depth one as far as actionable content goes. The Sales Pitch was easy to say YES to and it was NOT done during the training, another new concept. No One likes getting pitched to for 5 days.
