Wow! Over the course of 8 or 10+ hours how could Joe miss anything?! He gives it all. For him he probably pounds this batch of webinar lessons out on a coffee break, but for students it's a ton to take in. He's put together a great presentation. Is very convincing and I feel really truly wants to help people. At the start of the week I knew nothing about Land Flipping and now I feel like I know most of it.

I really enjoyed the 5-Day Challenge. It was amazingly helpful, practical, and full of useful information that I can actually apply. I feel like it helped me strengthen my skills, build my confidence, and better understand the steps that I need to take moving forward. I believe the company is doing great because the training is easy to follow, action oriented, and focused on helping people get real results.

I really enjoyed Joe McCall’s 5-Day Flip Dirt Challenge. Joe did a great job breaking the land investing process down into clear, actionable steps that were easy to understand and follow. I especially appreciated that the challenge wasn’t just theory—we were given specific homework each day that helped us understand how to actually find, evaluate, market, and sell land deals. Joe is an excellent teacher and explains things in a straightforward and encouraging way. I came away from the five days with a much better understanding of the land investing business and, most importantly, a clear idea of what steps I need to take next. There was a lot of valuable information packed into the five days, and I’m glad I participated. I would definitely recommend the challenge to anyone interested in learning more about land investing.

I have done a few courses on this topic and when he says "Do you want be a Rich Joe? or a Poor Joe?" it resonated with me because if you don't make the choice to stay active you will not get the results. WE forget you have a choice! If you choose to be a Rich Joe then just follow this course and with consistency you will get there. Thanks Joe and Gavin

It was an awesome Masterclass filled with tons of great info. I appreciate how he stayed on task and didn’t get distracted (because he followed a map of talking points). Homework was easy enough to follow. I highly recommend this Dirt Flippers Masterclass.
