Joe's 5 Day Challenge to flip dirt was just the jump start I needed to get back excited about real estate, because I primarily dealt strictly with getting house deals but that has become so saturated its very very VERY hard to get good house deals anymore. Just with the little knowledge I've learned so far from Joe I've already got a couple land deals in the works and I'm excited to see what I can make happen. Time spent with Joe and being mentored by Joe is time well spent! Joe is detailed-oriented, direct, thorough, honest and generous in his teaching and his heart. It's amazing how he gives you a foundational blueprint in free training and holds your hand and walks you through the process in his private community. His delivery of information is extremely clear, exciting and ingenious. You will find lightbulbs going off throughout his training sessions and you will find yourself connecting the dots that had been alluding you.
