Wow, what an amazing 5-Day journey of knowledge during The Flip Dirt Challenge. Thank you, Joe McCall and team, for everything! This was not just a seminar; it was a real Challenge – you had us learn the software, conduct our research and due diligence, and build a solid foundation for our Real Estate Investing and Land Flipping strategy. It allows me to commit to taking “Massive Imperfect ACTION” Now and stop letting fear or “Analysis Paralysis” keep me from making offers and building my business. Took Action with my first two emails to Seller Agents in my selected Counties on Day 3! Now I need to find a way to invest in the Mentor Program.

I've been attracted repeatedly to the no frills approach Joe McCall and his team take on land flipping.
