Oh man where to start: Joe is knowledgable first, there's no fluff or sizzle from a sales point, its meat and potatoes, or real world knowledge that comes from experience. You can't talk like he does reading from a script. I'm impressed by the system Joe created that 1-simplifies, 2-streamlines the process of finding sellers, buyers and everything in between. It's a military concept. KISS keep it simple stupid; follow the laid out plan and just activate and it works. however like any sales business its a number game but Joes created a system using free online tools along with a paid proprietary software, combining everything into one program that focuses and pigeon holes a marketing strategy that narrows the ROE return on effort/or investment/ thus limiting waste but seeing active results much faster than a shotgun approach. I wish I had this community 20 years ago in my real estate career. Joes Team is on it with responding/ support is quick, and the goal is to build you up solve problems grow learn and activate. Its kinda like a big family of investors who all want to make money... every body wins with their "have an abundance" attitude! They don't train competitors, they train partners! ::C::
