I just completed Joe McCalls' 5 Day Flip Dirt Challenge and it was well worth the time investment. I had an idea of what "Flipping Dirt" entailed but I went into the challenge with an open mind. The content was presented in a way that was easy to grasp, understand & apply immediately through daily task that had to be completed and were directly related to the content covered for that day. No long drawn out complicated, round about, confusing presentation. Furthermore, Joe's method of flipping land offers techniques that will give land flippers a competitive edge in the market because he focuses on marketing and how to build a list of buyers (eager to buy land and are looking for deals) and how & where to identify sellers, how to make the offers, how to get funding for deals and how to structure the deals to make a profit. I would definitely recommend taking the 5 Day Challenge.

Laurel and I just completed the 5 Day Challenge with Joe, Gavin and the team.
