Very knowledgeable and informative. And was very transparent and answered all questions. Joe and Gavin where sincere and obligatied to help other people succeed. If they're willing to do the work with them.

I completed the 5-day Dirt Flipper Challenge and found it both informative and motivating. What I appreciated most was the homework — it wasn’t passive learning, it required action. The tasks pushed me to get hands-on, and working through them helped me see that with consistent effort, this is absolutely something I can do!

The Dirt Flippers Program really is very unique. Joe and Gavin give so much information for free the whole week, it's a wonder that more people aren't signing up for their more extensive program. They really break down something that seems complicated into the simplest steps possible and make it easy for anyone to understand and implement, as long as you have the drive to work! I can't wait to continue working with them and learning more about the dirt flipping process!

I've gone on video record - and now Trust Pilot to say that as a 15 year real estate investor I am truly jealous (in a good way) of new investors who, by chance, find and implement Joe's programs as their first venture into real estate. He provides the fast track past the smoke & mirrors, and general fluff, of real estate education. You only need one evergreen strategy in real estate, Joe provides two. One I've done literally 100 times, the other "flipping dirt", is what I'm adding to my arsenal as my next real estate asset class/income stream. Joe's one of the good ones.

Joe McCall’s 5 day challenge showed me how easy it is to become a land flipping. As a previous wholesaler, this method is much easier than flipping houses. Thank you Joe for this opportunity.

The transparency and openness that is shared by Joe and his team is extraordinary and very special. I have invested in many real estate investing courses and programs before where I learned a few things but had little to no support to help me get started. Joe McCall changed all that in just his Day Dirt Flipping Challenge. Thank you! I'm fired up and ready to go! I am a DIRT FLIPPER!

Joe has such a wonderful teaching style, very positive and includes all students to help them gain this important information. But most importantly Joe has an Encyclopedia of knowledge in his brain and in his program! And he shares it all for free for a week and then his Dirt Flippers program is priced just right!! I'm a new Dirt Flipper! Thank you Joe! Shawn David

This Flip the Dirt challenge was invaluable. Joe and his team Gavin shared such a wealth of information I am beyond impressed and excited to start this journey! The material was in depth and easy to understand and follow and having the ability to ask question and get them answered right away was a plus. They even stayed longer on the calls during the sessions to ensure everyone got what they needed answered.
