This challenge has been incredibly eye-opening and practical. I loved how Joe broke down the land flipping process into simple, actionable steps — from picking markets to making confident offers. The daily homework made everything click. I’m leaving this challenge feeling clear, motivated, and ready to build a real land flipping business. Highly recommended!

Joe and Gavin are great at Creating fast action steps to get our feet wet so we don’t stay in analysis paralysis. Great challenge!

Joe keeps the methodolgy simple and easy to understand. He has several key principles that he repeats over and over to help his clients retain the information. The resources his team provides are relevant and high value. He is friendly and engaging as well while being open and honest about his motivation and interest. His site is simple to navigate.

I attended Joe’s 5 Day and it was a very insightful week. He gave out a lot of free information. Having access to a Facebook group with others was helping to keep me engaged. Also the day homework tasks was great to put action behind what was learned that day! Would definitely recommend attending if interested in a new way of investing!

I am grateful to have joined the Flip Dirt Challenge from 9/15/25 to 9/19/25. I have many takeaways, to include the growth I’ve experienced from stepping out of my comfort zone. The homework assignments were necessary to reinforce the learning objectives taught by Joe and to see if I really understood the lessons post webinar. I appreciate being able to watch the re-plays, as I am slow to catch things the first time around, so thank you for that. I understand that the brunt of this business is making offers, follow-up, and taking massive, imperfect action. Now that I’ve got the basics down, know which markets to pursue and which to avoid, I will keep going and try to make a few land deals, finish the foreclosure of a parcel next month, so I can purchase the mentoring program. My goal is to keep the momentum going. My only con to this challenge is that I never really figured out what to do with the buyers I found on FreedomSoft, and I can't figure out how to find sellers, outside of using the help of realtors. Even within FreedomSoft, I was a little confused, but I’ll keep on it until I figure it out. I do appreciate the $1 trial to FreedomSoft. I really enjoy using the Zillow Land Analyzer Chome extension. It's brilliant! Thank you to Joe McCall and his team for this challenge!

Joe is clearly knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality education about vacant land wholesaling. The 5 Day Flip Dirt Challenge included helpful information for free, and the offerings of his full academy seem worthwhile even for the $5k price. The challenge is clearly a way to funnel more students into paying for the full course, and the last sessions were almost entirely advertising. If you do the homework, you'll end up somewhat invested in real estate (like by paying for an LLC - which he later says isn't even immediately necessary!) - learn from it what you can but don't let subliminal sunk-cost appeals convince you to make business decisions!

Joe McCall and Gavin did a good webinar challenge. As someone who is on Zoom several times a week for work, I do feel that it had a strong feeling of pre-recorded because of speaker only Zoom windows and we couldn't see the other participants, so it made it feel more salesy than interactive challenge, sharing with the other co-participants. The chat disabled is understandable. Makes sense for this setting. Overall, it was good and well put together in his sharing of information and knowledge. We all know the sell is there so not unexpected but as a challenge I think more participant interaction is better, briefly highlighting the participants Zoom window and interacting, making everyone feel more involved than being sold to. Which would probably entice more folks to be active in the group. As well as knowing the group is being removed after challenge always gives a certain feeling of information gathering. However, Joe gave valuable information and tools that I believe we all could gain from, both in knowledge and progress in our own use of everything from in this challenge, in being able to implement the knowledge and tools. Good job overall and I am grateful to Joe and Gavin. Thank you.

The 5 day challenge was informative and educational. I enjoyed the insight Joe provided in the recordings as well as the tips and strategies. I am not in a position currently to take advantage of the continuing education but will be on the look out for future challenges and save for this goal to join Joe and his team.
