I’ve had a great experience in this challenge. I decided last year that buying land was the right strategy for me in real estate. This challenge broke down each step of the process from finding properties, making offers, finding money, finding buyers…all the question marks that have kept me spinning my wheels for a long time. I signed up for VIP so I have the info to go back to later and am now a dirt flipper to learn how to build a real business buying and selling land from my computer. I’m finally doing what I’ve wanted and been dreaming about. Thanks Joe and Gavin!

I think Dirt Flippers is very well thought out. It is a way of making money on vacant land that many investors ignore. Joe has done more than just the research; he has been implementing this method for years.
