Much more interactive and action steps than expected! I had low expectations. I took a week of work to thoroughly test the dirt flipper system. I was converted by Day 3. Group trainings are not typically this interactive with such effective accountability. I am impressed by Joe and the teams attention to our challenges and fears, and their massive effort to remove those road blocks, and their commitment to seeing everyone succeed is self-evident.

Joe's course for the week was one of the best I have ever attended - he is thorough but direct and truly has your best interest at heart for you to be successful with an enormous amount of support - I highly recommend this course and Dirt Flippers

This experience is like no other. Joe and Gavin genuinely want you to succeed. Like they said, everyone wins. That's how it should be in business. They really hit the nail on the head with attacking the implementation issue honestly, directly, and more than once. All the flipping knowledge in the world won't make you rich without implementation any more than all the health and nutrition knowledge in the world won't make you fit if you never get off the couch. That's the difference with these guys. They inspire you to get off the couch and then show up to partner with you once you're off.

This challenge was comprehensive, covering all aspects of the land investing business. It made the decision to become a Dirt Flipper a no-brainer.

Joe ensures your success. He gives you the tools, shows you the steps, and the framework, and he backs it up with a guarantee. He's a regular guy who knows the decisive action to take to be successful, shares his own experiences and genuinely celebrates your wins. He and his team cultivate a "what next" mindset, setting you free from the "what if" pitfalls that are dream destroyers. Truly enjoyed the challenge and looking forward to the WHAT NEXT!

Thanks for teaching me land flipping this week. The step by step process was easy to comprehend. So excited to build a successful business! You guys are awesome

I've just wrapped up the Dirt Flippers 5-days Challenge , and the sheer ROl on my time has been incredible. This isn't some theoretical deep dive; it's a boots-on-the-ground, high-impact training session designed for those who want to execute and see results immediately. While everyone else is fighting over the saturated house-flipping market, this course hands you the keys to the far more lucrative and timely world of land sales. The focus is entirely on the "how-to" of land acquisition and rapid turnover-skills that are absolutely vital in today's economic landscape.

This Five-Day Challenge was exceptional! I do not want to give away all the "sauce", but they do all this for free. If you can never lose money on a deal, it should be a wakeup call. You can do this on your own with just what you learn, but don't take that path. With Joe and Gavin, not only will you learn, but you will also be held accountable. On you own, your mistakes will be the same ones that they have prevent "Dirt Flippers" from making Daily. Get this.... or don't! What if or What's next?
