I have been through several expensive programs. They were good, but Joe's program is exceptional. I wanted a Group to go through this together - They have it! I wanted to focus on land because I was already stung on two houses, yup check! I wanted tools to automate the business so it can be scaled - Yes! Great ones. I wanted support for my first few sales. Yes - Lots of it in many forms. I wanted to partner with people so I didn't have to use my own money! Someone to screen my deals so I avoid further catastrophies, I wanted a daily plan to keep the activity going. Yes , Yes and Yes! I have learned so much already. I am syched! Thank you Joe and Thank you support team!

Thank you to Joe and his team. I’ve been part of many projects before that didn’t turn into much and I take responsibility for that too. What stood out here is the genuine support and the more personal, intimate community. You can tell they truly want to help people grow. If you’re thinking of joining, just remember you get out what you put in. If you only pour half a cup, don’t expect a full glass. – Liz P

It was 5 days plus a Bonus Day of FREE training about Flipping Land! I am very pleased with the info that Joe McCall, Gavin and his team provided!! It was so much information, that I had a hard time keeping up with taking notes. Luckily, I have access to the recordings so that I can go back and rewatch all of it!! Love Flippin Dirt!!!

The 5 Day Challenge was excellent. A tremendous amount of valuable information. I signed up for the Dirt Flippers program.

By completing the 5 day challenge today, I have learned a lot. Due to my background not being in real estate or marketing what so ever, I'm glad that I had joined this challenge. Even the homework that I was given, what I had learned throughout the week was incredibly beneficial, enjoyable and easy to do and I'm not a big fan of homework at all. I'm glad to have had this opportunity to learn something new and I'm looking to step way out of my comfort zone. Joe and his team are very fast to answer any questions and concerns that I have and will have when continuing on with my journey through this. Thanks again Joe for giving me hope that there is something out there that is worth my time and money.
