Great material and very easy to follow. Makes learning easy and responds to inquiries quickly.

Joel's products are wonderful and his customer service team is timely and helpful. I love having a team I know that I can trust and learn from.

I began my journey with Joel Grimes Photography a few months ago. Recently, they had a sale on their courses, and I decided to purchase them for my niece, who is starting her career in professional photography. I went through the process of buying the courses and followed the FAQs to transfer them to my niece. When I reached out to customer support, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris. Chris provided exceptional assistance and made the entire transfer process incredibly straightforward. In today's world, good customer service after a purchase isn't always guaranteed, but in this instance, I'm genuinely thrilled with the service I received. I'm looking forward to my niece making great use of the course materials.

Chris in technical support helped me with an issue I created. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Great customer service.
