I had a challenge with my order. As it turns out, I had two log-in accounts and the Joel Grimes group helped me quickly identify which account contained my latest purchase.

I’m always surprised by good customer service as it’s such a rarity these days but I had some missing videos from my account (which I’d actually bought from another website) and they were very helpful and got the particular video I needed into my account really quickly.

I had a difficult time with my password sign in after a purchase. I contacted support and received a link that helped me to open my purchase and it worked perfectly. The quick customer service I received was wonderful...they also asked me how they could improve...amazing customer service...Thank you kindly for the help to complete my purchase.

I subscribed to Joel Grimes’ page sometime ago, but just looked into it recently. I find it of high quality, pleasant and very interesting. I downloaded, free, some very nice and enriching publications, a stunning collection of brushes and an amazing Grunge Portrait Effect preset. I had to contact the Support people, to clarify several points or ask different questions, I have received clear answers within 1 to 3 hours maximum. I am very happy with my subscription.
