The Joel Grimes support team has done wonderful job answering my problem and solved it without any issues in no time. I would very much like to thank them for doing so. A+ Customer Service. There was a little Hiccup with my Account. I think it was my fault. I misplaced my Password and when i changed it my account got lost.All my Video's were gone . So i Emailed Support On 4 Of July and they responded right away and corrected everything all my Videos are back! That's how Professionals take care of Business! I really appreciate Chris and everybody that was involved. I love Joel's Videos, They are so inspiring. Thanks again , and have a nice weekend. A happy Customer.... I'm Acquaintance of Serge ramelli.

I live in the UK and was having an issue downloading a file. I emailed and received a very fast email response from Chris, bearing the time difference. The instructions were very clear and I was able to download the file without any further problems. I feel comfortable knowing that If I have any issues in the future, I can email Support without difficulty.

Talk about above and beyond. I need to combine multiple accounts. I e-mailed support after hours and just a short time later, it was done! Who has minor tech support after hours and fixes the issue in hours? Jeol Grimes, that's who!
