For whatever reason, the download of Joel Grimes' lighting book did not want to respond to my download command. I've had the same email address for a number of years, and my password, though not unique, wasn't that odd to me for use. After a number of attempts I noticed a small error on screen of my email, and I attempted again, and again without success. Ah-ha! The "contact us" if there are problems button! I entered my issue, and received a prompt reply (thank you, Chris!), and, although noting that no problem had been found it was suggested I try again. Success! I blame it on aging fat fingers that caused the issue, but perhaps a small touch of technical magic that helped solve the problem. At any rate, problem solved, book downloaded and thanks extended for the prompt response to my issue.

The communication was quick and efficient by sorting out the issue I faced. the package was delayed to be uploaded into my account and by a simple message, the issue was sorted out; it turned out to be my mistake my including a wrong email address.

I had a little problem with the download, sent them a message and they quickly fixed the link. Thank you! BTW: Love my first video, learned a lot and that is something for someone that has been working with Photoshop since version one. :-)
