I am a property owner for 40 years in South Nags Head. Over the years we have had a number of rental companies and none compare to Joe Lamb, Jr. & Associates. They have done a great job for us and we highly recommend them to our guests. Most guests are wonderful and appreciate the efforts we have put into making our house super to rent. We have full cable for Four (4) TV's fastest internet available Outer Banks which is very expensive, update each year and try to improve. Then we get a guests that calls in complaints most of which are unfounded. I am sure there are a lot of owners that do not take as good of care of their houses as they should. We do and we expect guests to respect our property. Most do but there is always the guests that complains about things that are normal to beach house rentals. 645 South Nags Head 19.7 mile post ocean side close the beach . See ad Joe Lamb. I’ve rented from them and now they manage my cottage! Great company highly recommend! But people must do their homework because all cottages are NOT created equal and this is not their responsibility.

Have rented with these guys 2X year for a few years now. Great response and service, even with cancelations/changes due to storms, Covid, etc. Relatively few problems with houses they manage, none went unresolved. Now, they can't make the owners get the gigabyte WiFi I'd like them to splurge on, but whatever owners put in got fixed if needed, to the best realistic expectations.
