I'm not one bit impressed. I went to the website to place an order. The system locked up. I tried again. And again. And again. I tried a different browser. No joy. I called them and there is no prompt for customer service, so i pressed every button until some guy answered the phone. I explained to him what happened and he couldn't have cared less. I should have know better than to deal with anyone named Joe Bob. Will I get my order? Who knows? I'm not holding my breath.

I purchased something for my husbands AR. It arrived and I showed it to my husband. It didn’t fit his gun. The small ziploc baggie had an o ring in it. In his excitement, he dropped the baggie. My husband said to send it back as it wouldn’t work, and was too heavy, in his opinion. I put the o ring in a craft bag and sent the item back at my own cost less the 15% restocking fee. I was just informed that they would not be honoring the refund (less the 15%) because the o ring was not in the correct bag. Ridiculous. Do not purchase anything from this retailer unless you are 100% sure it will work for you. These are the reasons why I will buy from Amazon. Too many issues with returns.
