This service was an excellent value! Theyproduced wonderful cover letters and resumes for me, coached me consistently through email and gave me other tools to navigate my transition to a new career. More than anything they helped me gain the confidence I needed to showcase my skills and make the jump!

I was recommended Jobstep by a friend, and I feel like I've come of the experience more confident not only about the job search in general, but also about my own skills. To put things into perspective, I've spent about a year and a half actively looking for a job with not a single response. Within the first two weeks with JobStep, my work experiences were transformed into a stellar resume and cover letter. By the end of the six week program, I received four interviews, far more than I had ever gotten job hunting on my own! Every step of the way, Jobstep provided their advice and support. Though my job search continues, I feel far more prepared to apply for jobs than I've ever felt in my life. If you're able and you feel like you could use a career boost, I highly recommend Jobstep!

My bestfriend told me about Jobstep and I am so happy she did. At first, I was skeptical and unsure if I would go through with it. However, the staff was encouraging and did not make me feel pressured at all. I was able to engage 1 on 1 with a job step coach and she was super helpful! They constantly updated me on the status of the jobs and always checked in to see how I was doing. They do the hard work and you just give the go. They truly do want you to succeed and their goal is to make sure you leave feeling great and with a new job. I was able at the end to secure a job with great pay and great benefits. If you’re still skeptical, this is your sign to give it a go! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

At first, I was apprehensive about using JobStep. Those feelings were quickly eliminated. The JobStep team was extremely effective and helpful. The onboarding process is a little intimidating at first, but once I completed it life was easy. The team immediately began to find potential positions for me and was quick to help out if I had any questions. The resume and cover letter they created were impeccable. The interview prep and email templates are very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a first job or new career utilize this resource. I received over 15 interview invitations and the team applied to over 400 positions. I never would have been able to find this many opportunities or market myself this effectively on my own. Over, JobStep is one of the best resources out there for a very affordable cost. As long as you're proactive and willing to invest some time you will have no problem finding new opportunities. The JobStep team wants nothing more than to help you succeed and find a position that is the right fit for you. With all that said, I will be starting a new position as a Business Analyst in the coming weeks and I couldn't be more excited! I fully believe that I would never have found this opportunity without JobStep.
