I have worked for teleperformance for a few months now and overall the experience has been horrible they basically scam you for your salary bonus and recruitment bonus as well if they see fit the housing is bankrupt hotels which of 50% does not even have a kitchen or a working air conditioning or normal kitchen tools maybe one fork one spoon one knife and so on the air conditioning which if working bad gives you a very high electricity bill which they also tend to play with it is a hustlers company and they do anything to not pay you what should be unexpected fees is to be expected they also hire people criminal records or earlier convicted rapists the openly have people dealing drugs and using drugs on the workplace these people tend to blackmail and threaten the employees also

Working at Teleperformance, I unfortunately went through a rather traumatic and unacceptable experience. Two days after being relocated from Portugal to Greece via the company, I underwent an emergency surgical procedure. I was bedridden for days without being able to mobilise. Even knowing my health conditions, Teleperformance didn't hesitate not to renew my stay at the hotel so that I could find somewhere to live. Even with 10 stitches in my stomach, I went on visits. When I found a house in a hurry, by referral, I signed the contract, another headache. I was supposed to move in on 28 August, which I didn't because the real estate agency had allowed the previous resident to stay longer, even though this violated my contract and entry into the house on 28 August. I was sleeping rough in the house of strangers, and I asked for my shorts back. The estate agent was a referral from TP. When I was denied my shorts on the grounds of ‘breach of contract’, TP sided with the real estate agency, consistent with them ripping me off for the full amount of 600 euros. As if my financial loss and my state of health weren't enough, my father died soon afterwards, days after the whole nightmare. I begged the agency and TP to give me back the money that was rightfully mine, which was again denied by the estate agent and defended by the company. I knelt down at the airport to strangers to try to get to my father's funeral, had a mental breakdown and ended up in hospital. I buried my father, paid my respects via video call, alone, in a foreign country to which I had recently moved, with no friends, no family, going through the most difficult time of my life with no support. Teleperformance in Greece, in addition to paying a pittance, sees its employees only as numbers and doesn't care at all about their well-being, especially for people who are immigrants and relocated. I wouldn't even recommend Teleperformance to an enemy, because the company's dehumanising treatment of us is unparalleled. Delayed paperwork, no medical help, no financial support and even less emotional support, teleperformance turned its back on me when I needed the company the most, WHILE I WAS COVERED BY LAW. The company was consistent with the estate agent who stole from me, and cared nothing.

Spammer mig dagligt flere gange, jeg vil ikke arbejde for jeres skod firma, I lyver sindsygt meget, alt hvad i siger er løgn! Inge overenskomst, Inge kompetent løn, intet fly hjem!?! I burde skamme jer.

If I could leave 0 stars, or - I would. Just don't work there. Worst scam ever. A French company that operates in Greece, they won't tell you everything until you sign a contract and you have to pay a lot of fees.

I worked there for approx 9 months when I came to greece they were the first company I worked with. They fixed all my paperwork very quick and the trainer was a cool dude. Actually directly once I started working there I could feel the toxic energy , I would bump heads with my supervisor at the time he was very rude and mean and sexist, and it happened when I didn't accept the offer to go out for a drink, I only realized later that's why he had an issue with me. I figured it out when others told me stories about him that he harrassed girls and stuff like that thank god within a couple months he left. When I told the ACM my problem he didnt really took me serious and let me interact with the supervisor that gave me the creeps. I already read some reviews about the company so I thought,, I guesss that's what everybody was talking about and I didn't really wanted to switch jobs so soon knowing how the greek bureaucracy is so all over the place. Now I wished I switched directly in the first couple months. My problem really started after I got sick. At the time i already stated a couple times my issues that I had with how all over the place and stressful it was and the supervisors that ask me to do their jobs and bullied me. Regarding to the work i was told "Miele" is just a new project things will get better. It didnt and it started to take a toll on my health i started to get burn out symptoms and offcourse my immune system went down and eventually i got very sick. The first time in october when I came back from sick leave I got switched from emails to calls eventhough i told them I had throat issues due to covid, supervisor told me he didnt care they needed staff so I told him if I cant get back on emails , i will call in sick because I came back to work because I thought I'd only do emails and out of goodwill and thats how i was welcomed. so I called back in sick and from then they started to give me hell with not wanting to pay my sick days, and blocking my eu card proces. When I finally resigned in january and threatened to report them to the police , I somehow was paid my salary quite quick and got my sickdays a while later after they was contacted by the authorities. Then after receiving my last payment I was offcourse jobless and was contacted by someone that posed a job recruiter , I didnt think much of it, sent me a text to my WhatsApp on my greek number that only teleperformance had and I never use for anything else. But I was looking for a job. i got scammed out of almost 1k and after making a police report and talking to people the only way we can look at is teleperformance greece. After the police contacted them, they , teleperformance sent me 50 euro or so, not knowing why. and the supervisor was stalking me to get my equipment back even called me with his personal phone private while that should go through HR that had the nerve to threaten me with legal action because I did not reply on the weird supervisor calls and emails ?! was HR aware that I made a legal complaint or do they just dont give a f and are they actively bullying and stalking me for leaving. I asked HR for a time and date to come pick it up , they refuse to give one they rather harras me though the email and show up on my doorstep unannounced, which have gave me a very unsafe feeling for a long time. But again after talking to others and also greek locals I learned this is normal behaviour as nobody was surprised this happened. Also I was told I should not rely on the authorities to help or protect me. And yes I am a person of color. This has traumatized me so much I decided to leave Greece this year.

Was going to work for google and was promised this was a working remotely job. Was told that the training would take place in the office but that the job was permanent working from home. After about 2 week at the training, we all find out that we have been tricked and that this is an office job. After talking with them i am being promised another job in the company which is remotely, but that I had to wait a bit, I quit my job at Google in the meantime. Because of this, however they would not help me with a place to live anymore. Therefore, I have to book into Airbnb while I wait for the new job offer. They keep saying that I will get the new job offer in 1-2 days when I call and keep asking about it. After 1 week i found out that there was no new jobboffer afterall, they scammed me again. 3 weeks in Athens where i spent around 1500 - 2000£ and nothing in return. The management in Teleperformance Greece er katastrofal.
