Worst company ever. They don't even have a basic management understanding. The official language of Republic of Macedonia is Macedonian. This proves how unethical you are and how little do you know about Macedonia.

My only regret in my professional career is joining this company. However, after 11 months the project left to another call center and I joined the project there. I was about to make the same mistake on the 7th of January, but I found another job with best salary and conditions.

I worked at Teleperformance's Athens operation, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After six months, I, along with 13 other colleagues, was laid off under the guise of "downsizing." Many of us were left jobless, and the financial and emotional toll was significant. Here are some key issues I faced: Unstable Contracts: Employment contracts are extremely short-term, providing no job security. No Benefits: There are absolutely no additional perks or benefits. Low Salary: The base salary is only €820 per month. No Salary Increases: There hasn’t been a raise in 11 years. High Workload: Expect to handle 45–50 calls daily, which can lead to burnout. If you're considering joining Teleperformance or any other outsourcing company, I strongly urge you to reconsider. These companies prioritize profits over employee well-being, and the working conditions are far from ideal. Think twice before investing your time and money. Corporate Teleperformance propaganda, Stay Away from Teleperformance and STAY SAFE! Teleperformance do NOT honour any workers rights, no matter the country, no matter the contract, They are always recruiting because no body stays with Teleperformance - who would voluntarily work in conditions that conflict with human rights? Workers rights are compromised and denied every day. They are an appalling company, focussed on profit, profit, profit and despite their published values, they have double standards- none that support their staff. I was sacked because a felled tree brought my home based working to a halt, as it snapped power lines and telephone cables. An act of God, a rational person might think, not so Teleperformance, they blame me by making me responsible for the consequences of a storm felled tree. Despicable company. Read Teleperformance feedback everywhere - they ARE loathed by most, only managers ever leave positive comments. Civil rights organizations need to investigate Teleperformance - like some third world country, Teleperformance are doing their best to turn the clocks back to the 1800’s before human rights, workers rights and any Health & Safety laws. Scurrilous shysters!

...και κάπως έτσι πέρασαν πάνω από 10 χρόνια (βασικά τον περασμένο Φλεβάρη τα έκλεισα) of loyalty στην ίδια εταιρεία, #Teleperformance. Κανένα "ευχαριστώ", κανένα "συγγνώμη", καμία αναγνώριση των κόπων και θυσιών μου... Το 2015 βραβεύτηκα από τη #S**t (αυτοί αναγνώρισαν την αξία μου) ως η καλύτερη υπάλληλος της χρονιάς και μου εκανε δώρο το τότε καινούριο iPhone. Μέσα στο ίδιο βράδυ της απονομής και ενώ ήμασταν μεταξύ μας, κάποιος μου το έκλεψε. Μου είπαν, το τότε μάνατζμεντ, να μην το κάνω θέμα (και γίνουμε ρεζίλι στov Ελβετό πελάτη) και πως θα μου το αντικαταστήσουν...2024 και ακόμα το περιμένω! Το Δεκέμβρη του 2015 έκανε downgrade η S**t και με πήγαν με το έτσι θέλω στην Α***e. Λόγω training έχασα τις Χριστουγεννιάτικες διακοπές μου και τα εισιτήρια μου για εξωτερικό, όπου θα πήγαινα να δω την οικογένειά μου. Καμία αποζημείωση φυσικά από την #Teleperformance. Tο 2017 η τότε μανατζερ μου, της #W****** U***n γύρισε και μου είπε με απάθεια, όταν απέκτησα Διαβήτη Τύπου 1 λόγω στρες, "αν δεν αντέχεις αυτήν τη δουλειά, κάνε κάτι άλλο". Ουαου! So much empathy!!! Δάσκαλε που δίδασκες...By the way, το στρες εσείς και η κακοδιαχείρησή σας μου το προκαλούσατε και όχι η δουλειά. Το 2018 έφερα υπάλληλο με το refer a friend στην ΤΡ και δεν έλαβα ποτέ τα υποσχόμενα €2000. Και δούλεψε τρεις μήνες για την #P*****s. το παλικάρι. Επίσης το Φθινόπωρο του 2018 (νομίζω) όταν είχαν σκοπό να ανοίξουν υποκατάστημα στη #Thessaloniki, πήραν εμένα και δύο άλλα κορίτσια και παίρναμε όλη μέρα συνεντεύξεις απο υποψήφιους υπαλλήλους - ανεβήκαμε με δικά μας έξοδα, στον δικό μας ελεύθερο χρόνο, μείναμε χωρίς να τους επιβαρύνουμε σε γνωστούς μας και δεν πληρωθήκαμε ποτέ για τίποτα. 2024 κι ακόμη να καταλάβουν πόσο σοβαρή ζημιά μου κάναν, ότι θα έχω Διαβήτη μέχρι να κλείσω τα μάτια μου και ότι έχουν αλλάξει οι ανάγκες μου. Χρειάζομαι ηρεμία, σταθερότητα και πρόγραμμα, και όχι μπαλάκι του πινγκ πονγκ από εταιρεία σε εταιρεία (S**t, A***e, W*****n U***n, G*****e, S**t και στο τέλος θέλαν πάλι να με στείλουν αλλού...) Και το κερασάκι στην τούρτα: όταν ζήτησα απόλυση, για να μπω ταμείο και να πάρω τα όποια ψίχουλα θα δικαιούμουν για αποζημείωση (διότι επί 7-8 χρόνια μας είχαν με ετήσιες συμβάσεις, για να μην έχουμε πολλά πολλά δικαιώματα), μου απάντησε ο HR Manager, πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα (ενώ θα μπορούσε να μου πει να αποσύρω την παραίτησή μου μιας που δεν είχα υπογράψει τίποτα ακόμη κι ούτε η προθεσμία είχε περάσει). Κι αυτά είναι μόνο κάποια worst of, ετσι; Στην #Teleperformance οσο κιαν ανεβει κανεις, παραμενει ενα αναλωσιμο νουμερακι, τελικα, κιας διαφημιζουν και καλά τις πέντε μεγαλες αξίες: integrity, commitment, innovation, professionalism, RESPECT. Ναι, καλα! Το ψάρι από το κεφάλι βρωμάει... Care about your people, instead of killing them!

Ridiculous amateur company. They just ring you 1 time, and they hang up. While you are waiting for the recruitment, no one is calling you or even respond on your email. Company very far away from professionalism. Very fishy projects and heard they are firing people a lot with no reason.. Email been sent from Ghalia Anissa Kini. This is a fraud, they re just sending an email for hiring and then they are calling their friends. Banch of greek amateurs.

This company has the Mercedes Benz breakdown contract and they are so bad at it that customers are leaving the Mercedes product in there masses. The staff are rude and lie constantly. Avoid using this company at all costs.
