This platform remain the worst platform ever. I think this the worst experience I have ever had. Still holding my funds for months now, don't ever trust them

Better being a soldier of fortune in Ukraine, a piano player in a women's house or a prisoner in North Korea than working for this miserable, stressing, disrespectful, third world, low paid, depressing job. This company belongs to some Mordor Ike countries, it is the shame of Europe. Run away from them.

I work in this company and here is a realistic review about this job under my experience as well as my colleagues who work at TP. This job in this company is good for a short term only, it is just to cover your needs for that small period since you have nothing better to do at the moment, while you prepare to find something better. Its not for a long term because the negatives are more then the positives. Negatives: Health and side effects on a long term are gaining wight due to constant and long hours sitting on a chair. Vision problems, the nature of this work induces depression and high level of stress due to angry customers, which means they swear on you, scream at you and you have to cope with it, your supervisors pressing you for better targets and results etc,difficult and different hours of work, night, afternoon, routine work procedures over and over again and all that for 1000 euros a month. This job is not for everyone and as it seems I will leave soon for something better. This job although is ok for a short term, from a point and over do not expect anything beyond that, unless you can cope with all that mentioned above. The company will shift you to sign a contract by third parties and not direct with them, this is done by the TP company in order to take your rights as an employee and not to compensate you in case you leave the job. The law in Greece say that every employee after 3 years has the right to be compensated after he/she leaves and receive a specific a mount of money. This is being avoided by the company and bypass it in this way. Your conclusion is yours .

I used to work in project for Dyson. Every week new rules, they threatened me and other collegues that they will fired us in case we don't fix our KPIs. Supervisors doesn't know how to help, they search solutions in Google. Company will never inform you earlier about your contract termination, they just will inform you few days so basically you can be homeless and jobless. HR is joke, once HR employee Xanthi gave me number to call for psychology therapist and inform me just tell my name and company that you are working,and when I said that they inform me back that they never heard for Xanthi nor Teleperformance. Company also faking monitoring percentages. Working from office is hell, in 21 century to not have access to Internet and blocking sites is too stupid. Salary is very low, 820-850 depends if you are working on Sunday. Very toxic job, supervisor mentally mobbing you for some stupid thing like "I didn't like in this call your tone of voice, You should tell that in different way..when customers doesn't understand you need say in simpler way. Is good to use them for few months or for relocation package because they did not deserve anything better.

Not only did Teleperformance Hellas not offer me a new project, as they did with everyone else in Allente, with no explanation or reason. I have worked for Teleperformance Hellas since 2018 and I have not got one single warning or written warning and I have always been told I'm an excellent agent who always try to do my best. Now they also want me to move out of my apartment tomorrow because Teleperformance don't respect the tenants rights here in Greece. This means I will end up homeless in in Chania, Crete, with my two rescue cats, and one them have two kittens that are two weeks old. I have been looking for a new place for weeks after I was finally told the truth by an honest recruiter that I'm NOT in the list for a new project. This means that the management have been lying to me for months. But it have been impossible now when the tourist season is starting. So I have no other option than to just not move out and see how it goes. The only reason I can see why I have been treated like this is because of my legal involvement with the union. So I want to warn everyone from coming here to work for Teleperformance. You can hardly live with this salary. They don't offer permanent contracts and they will kick you out on the streets in a foreign country, claiming you have no rights as a tenant, or even a human being. As icing on the cake, the didn't pay everything I should have gotten on my last salary. So now I'm going to have figure out if I will get the easter bonus later, or if they have found a way to not pay for that because I was layed of earlier. Do not come here to work unless you want your life destroyed.

In 2024 I started working on a new project for Apple in AI. I had no training, I started working not knowing what I was doing. The rules changed 100 times in six months and they would blame us everytime for their mistakes. There is a severe lack of communication and an great incapacity to lead (you get a lead role only if you f*uck someone apparently). Supervisors are clueless and not very bright. Managers should do a psychological test because they are not well. Most people are going to work to find a boyfriend and not to work. Very inappropriate conversations at work. Low salary, very unclear about bonuses. The "perks" is a discount on one optical shop. I was working from home and soon I realized that the company is a joke and that I was not going to be there for longer. What did I do? What they deserved. For seven months I did nothing, I took very long breaks, I watched movies, left my house to do my shopping, had long baths, cleaned my house, basically living the life while they were paying me to put a heavy object on my keyboard. But they thought they were smarter than me. They deserve to be scammed. If you need a quick job and you can work from home, take it, use them and then leave. Don't feel bad, they deserve it.

Catfished, lied to, brochure provided from 10 years ago, scumbag real estate agents associated with them charging higher fees, having to deal with 2faced roaches dressed in human flesh resulting in fainting due to extreme stress at work smashing my face and having to be hospitalized, overal just garbage company

This is a bad place to work. Check out the experiences of other commentors. They are all unethical. Staff is all over the place. Nobody knows what his job is. Web site is another greko failure like their history. Do yourselves a favour and walk away.
