Αυτοί κρατούν την ανωνυμία τους και δέχεσαι επιθέσεις μέσω τηλεφώνων και προϊσταμένων που δεν φανερωνονται. Επίσης, έχουν διασυνδέσεις να σε κάνουν μπλόκο και από άλλες δουλειές, αν δεν είσαι στην κλίκα τους.

I was hired to work for TP, I signed a contract digitally with Adobe and then quit my job that was a better job overall and paid over double the amount. The onboarding was chaotic as hell I talked to over 10 different people via email and 6-7 over the phone. They never ever called me on my phone since it was a foreign number, it’s funny ho cheap they are specially since the majority of their manpower comes from overseas snd they don’t even do international calls. Then all of the sudden I was inform that my course it’s delayed and I had to sign a new contract this was with less than 40h before my relocation flight. I tried to signed on the mobile but it wasn’t translating well to English so I decided to do it later on a computer but I was busts packing having farewell with family and friends. I went to the airport and to my surprise they’ve informed me on the check in counter that my flight ticket has been cancelled my employer ( TP ) I’ve checked later the emails and they’ve send me like 15emails and one of them said that they could not continue with my job offer since I was unreachable. I did lost a great permanent job, I have to pay many expenses like notaries for documents, extra luggage for my trip that were not refundable and I made my girlfriend move into a bigger apartment in Greece with me. Of course I am willing a court sue them for pre-contractual damages. Be careful with them ! I’ve talked to a couple of guys that they work there and they told me that they take people from overseas for a3 month contract in most cases to get European funding for man power mobility scheme so the get paid for a set new European employer form overseas to come to work and then if they don’t like how they work or their project is finish they get rid of the people.

The tale of the happy family is a long-nosed lie with short legs. The truth is the absolute lack of ethics and the desire to exploit. The company organizes numerous events, selling employee data and pocketing EU funds for socially useful activities. The mandatory €50 pay raise promoted by the government was sold as their concession. Workplace stress is very high, and this criminal gang never misses an opportunity to tighten its grip. Currently, due to heavy debt, they are reorganizing by cutting costs and staff. Managers don't pay, but they make their employees pay. The visa policy for non-EU staff is completely fraudulent and is used as blackmail against individual workers. The promised bonuses are always calculated negatively, and it becomes increasingly difficult to achieve them. Let's hope the company goes bankrupt, that the management is arrested, and that they are imprisoned for life.

Working on this project was one of the worst periods of my working life. It was simply a nightmare. There's a complete lack of organization and competence. The supervisors understand nothing, and the QA staff are incompetent, ignorant, and sleazy. The rules are constantly changing, and no one updates you or gives you time to carefully read the updates. If you make a mistake, it's always your own fault. These QA clowns make up absurd excuses to give you a 0 and thus not give you a bonus. There's a constant turnover of agents on this project because everyone runs away due to the lack of professionalism and general fairness.They put all the blame on you for their own shortcomings.They treat you like an object and demand empathy from you without any of it themselves. They force you to be insulted and offended by clients, threatening you with zero ratings. The shittiest shit there is! Never agree to work on this project if you want to maintain your mental and physical health.

One of the worst employment experiences I have had in my life. I was told to work and at the beginning of my shift , suddenly they kicked me out of the interface system and I was blocked, as I told the project manager that as long as they do not provide written confirmation of my dismissal, due to staff reduction, I will keep clocking in and out daily, so they blocked my access to the system. HR are clueless delegates, rude most of them and if you ask hard questions, you get passed around from one person to the other, with the exception of A. who actually speaks like a human and not a robot. You may have your degrees and years of experience, foreign languages, computer education etc, but in Greece they put you down for social security, as high school graduate, a worker, without work experience, no computer literacy, no foreign languages. Supervisors are a joke, you have 20 years olds working from their mama's living room, patronising people and degrading you, for not bringing in in their statistics. Sentiment surveys are "anonymous", yet you need your full credentials logging in, to do them.. Never do them! You need to learn how to not use the toilet or how to never get sick. Be very careful of overly friendly and chatty people, snitches and teacher's pets are all over the place. Otherwise, you will learn the hard way. Keep private, don't share emotions, thoughts and personal information. Before you sign anything, read two and three times thoroughly. Consult with an accountant and solicitor, if they are giving you a hard time. When you do overtime , no matter what time you clock out, you will not get paid overtime, unless you send emails to prove it, to supervisor. They will make up stupid things to give you 0 in monitors, so that you don't get the bonus. You might need help during a difficult case, you rarely get anyone to help out, only a handful of other agents, if they're not busy. Night shifts, you will see and hear it all.. from gossiping, to backstabbing, to substance use, to inappropriate discussions.. Rude, aggressive customers, who curse, threaten and belittle you ? No, they're not. it's your fault. Always. Don't bother with the worker's union, they don't care. A very manipulative, vindictive and superficial environmental. Protect your rights, your physical and mental health.

Absolutely unprofessional hiring process. I've applied and been contacted FOUR times for job openings by FOUR different HR employees. Each time i passed the initial screening with above-average scores in English proficiency, soft skills and hardware knowledge and yet every single time i get ghosted after that stage. No updates, no rejections, nothing. Just silence. It's honestly baffling how a company of this size can have such a disorganized and careless HR team. This kind of treatment reflects terribly on the company values and internal structure. If this is how they treat potential employees i can only imagine what it’s like on the inside. No wonder the 1&2 star reviews. Such a mess.
