Poor Customer Service
Want to cancel and they make it entirely too difficult to cancel subscription and require a meeting. Of course meeting was 10 days out, after next billing cycle. You should be able to notify them in writing of your desire to cancel and the subscription be cancelled.....

Estimates still an issue
Estimates still an issue. Would like to be able to mark up an estimate as a whole number, instead of by line item.

Still have a few glitches
Still have a few glitches we would like to see get fixed, only 1/2 of our staff are using it. Would like to get everyone on board but they are waiting for things to work better. Was told there is a reply but I can not open it. When I added to my review I saw the reply, call me at 775-331-5090

Many great features
There are many aspects of Job Nimbus that help streamline our business. But the best by far is it allows everyone here to have complete up to date knowledge of every customer and job we've ever done in one place.
