It's a very clunky system
It's a very clunky system. So many steps and moving pieces it does not flow well together. Very cumbersome to run. Dissapointed.

I cannot tell you how good this system…
I cannot tell you how good this system is because I have not had enough training on it yet. I felt the initial set up was quick and rushed. I still have alot of questions so I don't know about this system yet...

I have three open service tickets and…
I have three open service tickets and they keep saying they cannot re-create the issue we are having but I’ve had three text find the issue send it off for resolution and they suddenly cannot recreate the issues. Ready to jump ship!

I think Job Nimbus is a very useful…
I think Job Nimbus is a very useful tool with a lot of information pertinent to the task at hand.As far as Eagle View goes; I also think it is a great tool with one big exception: With all of the information the OCS has to process on a daily basis, I personally think it is very counter productive to give the drawing,measurements,& specs to any buildings that we are not doing at that time. This simply adds confusion to the materials totals and what builds are happening that day.
