Dont waste your money and time. I tried it for 6 months and found it too complex and convoluted like your typical crm software. But once I decided it was not for me, there is no way to cancel on my panel. I chatted with some dude or robot asked to cancel. Did not happen. Called my sales rep. Phone rings. No answer. Got an email from some customer person asking me to set up an appointment to explain why I'm canceling and to find out "what my needs are"; I'm sure to pivot me for another sale. It is so frustrating that I have already spent hours trying to cancel this stupid subscription. I told the girl to just cancel me since I did not want to continue to waste anymore of my time on this issue, but is still insisted I schedule a call with her; and guess what. Shes not available for another 5 days and cannot a livee person on the phone. Crafty and manipulative. I hate companies that do this. DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE.

I find the app hard to use and the computer version is much more fluid sad part is i have to use the app on the job sites

Easy to use and everything I need is at my fingertips! Definitely a JN fan!

Cumbersome to navigate

I am a old school paper and pen kind of guy was difficult to change from my system to a electronic system but I finally did about 80% I would guess. Was a nice way to keep records of everything. Would be a nice upgrade if Google calendar integration were to come along

Functionality is good. But you've repeatedly ignored my requests to talk with someone on your business development team. I work with a network of hundreds of builders which I could introduce Jobnimbus to. But no one cares to reply. Your actions speak volumes.
