Misleading job inventory & Failure to refund

Review Title: Misleading Inventory and Failed Refund Promises – Proceed with Caution Rating: 1/5 Stars I am writing this to warn other professionals to think twice before committing any financial resources to Jobland. My experience with this platform has been defined by a significant lack of transparency and a failure to deliver on basic service guarantees. The Issues: Misrepresented Job Inventory: Jobland heavily markets a high volume of active listings. However, upon gaining access, it became immediately apparent that the number of available positions was a fraction of what was advertised. Many of the "active" roles appear to be outdated or non-existent, suggesting they are overselling their database to attract new subscribers. Dishonest Business Practices: Within 24 hours of realizing the platform was not as described, I requested a refund. Initially, I was assured by their representative that a refund would be processed. This was a false promise. Zero Accountability: Despite the initial verbal/written agreement to return my funds, the refund never materialized. Their team has been consistently dishonest regarding their services and their billing policies. The Verdict: Jobland is a classic case of a company that oversells and under-delivers. Their marketing is polished, but the actual product is hollow and their customer service lacks integrity. If you are looking for a reliable job search partner, look elsewhere. This site is not worth the investment or the headache. STAY AWAY.

Do not waste your money on this…
Do not waste your money on this service. The suggested jobs are not great matches, the ai resume and cover letter building do a terrible job of putting your resumes together. I wasted my money on this.

After using the software for about 2…
After using the software for about 2 weeks, I did not have a single application being sent out. I did better manually using ziprecruiter, indeed, monster, glassdoor and even got some responses back from the organizations I applied to.

Does not work as advertised
June 4th, 2026, subscribed and paid $29.99. I'm an information technology manager/ Sr. Agile Product Lead. There is no filter to segregate public trust or security clearance requirements! The job matches I see are delivery driver, assistant manager (Domino's)! Crew member, full-stack Java developer !!! Inventory Clerk, Veterinary Assistant! Please do not waste your money and time reviewing the search results.

Nothing about this is easy
I was expecting what was promised- a streamlined way to submit your application/resume to multiple employers, possibly as soon as the positions where posted. What I got was a very un intuitive interface, a list of postings I "could" apply to individually on my own... Waste of time, money, and energy! I tried contacting Support and only got corcuitous answers which look good on paper but changed nothing.

Jobland was a waste of money for me
Jobland was a waste of money for me. It didn't work and I kept getting the same jobs or jobs not related to my skills. I would not recommended to anyone.

AI Job search function did not find jobs.
The positions that were provided were irrelevant to the job titles that were used for the search. There are 100's of jobs with that title on LinkedIn. If this site cannot even aggregate from different job boards than what is it good for.
