Thank you for your feedback regarding your Job.com account. I was hoping to alleviate the concerns you mentioned in your post. In reference to the pricing difference you mentioned. Job.com is a free service to job-seekers. Under the free services offered we include all basic services(i.e. searching, resume posting, applying, getting tips on interviewing and resume writing). Also when you are registering on job.com to search and/or apply to jobs we offer a few different partner offers for additional fee based services. The price of $39.99 was for a resume distribution service called resume rabbit. The customer service phone number for this partner is 760-602-8300. This service distributes your resume to numerous job boards based on the criteria you have entered. The $49.99 charge is for another partner service called resume zapper. The customer service phone number for this partner is 540-374-5147. This is also a resume distribution service which allows you to distribute your resume directly to recruiters hiring in the industries and states you select when making that order.
