Very Responsive

Lucas V was very helpful from receiving quote, making changes, etc all the way to payment. Smooth process made it easy on my part, thanks

My shopping experience with JMAC Supply was top-notch! My sales person was knowledgeable and efficient. I received my order the next day and was able to continue my project with flying colors. I will definitely be shopping at JAMC Supply in the future.

My first experience with JMAC was excellent. Lucas was wonderful to work with, and promptly handled overnight shipping (even coordinating through another partner) meant that my project was saved at the eleventh hour when I needed an unexpected piece of equipment. I will certainly look to JMAC in the future. I really appreciate picking up the phone and immediately talking to a human - I really felt like my time was valued during this transaction.

Fast Response Time Product was in stock and order was processed and shipped out rapidly

The response was timely and sales was able to process my order quickly.

Customer service is great, but the first time response time is a bit long due to different time zones.
