They send you your order the first time but when it comes to the second order, they never end up sending it and then will not refund the money they have taken….Scammers avoid at all cost

I ordered a half ounce of Black Label Don's Inferno. The price that Thursday night was $125 I had a coupon for 25% off and I chose free shipping. I went back on the website the next morning to check certificate of analysis and the prices of all the Black Label products has gone up to 165 once they realize that everyone was using it 25% off on the larger sizes. They raise the prices the exact amount that the 25% discount was at 165 to bring it down to 125. That happened overnight Somebody went in their system change to all the prices for the Black Label flower $40 higher. I paid $93 for mine I guess they had a heart attack when they saw how little I got it for and they had to go change the prices on everything else for no good reason. If I was a customer of theirs for a long time I would be really upset to know that they're going to offer me a discount only to Mark the price up to offset that discount. I also ordered a hoodie that came in damaged the tear in one of the pockets. They asked for photos which I provided them and it's been a month and I still not heard anything back and I sent two follow-up emails. My previous order was purple baby Yoda, it advertised a COA of 28% and the product that I got came in at a lowly 20%, it's not the first time this happened. Your customer service doesn't give a crap about their customers obviously if they're going to mark up their price like that and trying to get through to them is just a nightmare it's almost non-existent. I've had a couple instances where they're just so cold they don't even register any emotions that there might be a problem that exists. So order lightly they have good product they misrepresent prices and their THC a levels which I think is bait and switch.

Just like many of you, i didnt know enough about hemp products or the company, so i ordered an 8th- it was Good, actually great! Then three separate 8ths prior to four individual oz's at different times and strains. Outstanding retention program and discounts a wee bit too many Emails. Customer service? Never... needed it, its "2023"!!!, Read the web content, make selections, pay, wait, enjoy. Ive seen multiple negative reviews and they just seem "needy". My experience over several months: Multiple orders and a marked improvement in my quality of life. Guess three things work for me. Im from TEXAS, i can READ, and im NOT A WHINER. I recommend them for their products and speed of service, i dont go to JK Distro becuase im lonely, i shop there for different reasons. Enjoy:)

The feds need to shut them down along with dr ganga they are scammers do not order anything from these people they will take your money and cheat you out of your product if they send you anything stay away

i don't see what the bad reviews are about. I've ordered twice from them an every time they've done me right an even given me samples. Maybe these bad reviews are coming from karen's I don't know but they definitely don't speak for my positive experiences with JK

I’ve bought everything from grams up to pounds and the worst I can say is yes it’s true that they don’t pamper you with customer service, but honestly I’ve never needed customer service 🤷‍♂️ I have received some bud that was on the dryer side but I’ve gotten that from all the thca vendors. I’ll continue to buy from them. Notice not many complaints about the actual product. If you want sweet talk call a porn hotline but for gas ⛽️ at the low price they have… JK DISTRO

They have horrible customer service, some of the worst. They will rip you off in a variety of ways. They false advertise and DO NOT refund anything, even if they mess up. This is one of the WORST places for your flower needs. DO NOT buy from here unless you want to be greatly disappointed. 0/10. Horrible company.

lots of bad reviews but seemed very good to me maybe im lucky idk
