Been a customer for a long time now always great service

Great variety of products that suit all your needs. Day time, night time, pain, energy, and the prices are very fair. The budget stuff is fantastic, I'd have paid 3-4 times that much for something like it 7 years ago. The good stuff is fresh, well cured and trimmed, and goes toe to toe with anywhere's top shelf. The top shelf stuff is something I feel like has been missing from the industry, having high lab levels of the main component but also maintaining small levels of other minor components. It's full bodied, balanced, and won't leave you wondering if you left the stove on before you left or if you forgot to lock all the doors right before you fall asleep.

To be honest I've never had a bad review about their product or their customer service because you can't help how one person is going to act versus another because I've had great customer service as well. MB being one of them that I've chatted with from the company. Those getting more bad customer service must be going in rude to begin with. I've been a customer for years and I've even bought quarter pounds from them and it was all gas every time. 💯

Great customer service got a few order refunded..great product like describe fast shipping been ordering there product since 2019....

Very friendly/helpful service, orders always come through around the expected date, and all the product i've received over the years has been good quality, and has more than lived up to expectations

Retraction to all those who read my previous experience. I chose you USPS standard mail as it seems JK handed off my package within a day but the post office clocked out on Friday and was off on Monday so my package did not move until Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get it till Last night @830 pm.10/21 I take it for standard USPS it doesn't move from it local branch near quitting time as the package was accepted at 4:44pm on Friday local shortage I don't know. This wasn't my desired first experience but the product was way better. I have a small suggestion eliminate standard shipping only offer priority which may lower your priority shipping cost based on volume.

I ordered two 7 g of pave only received 4.5 g in each bag!!! And customer service really sucks! I will not be dealing with this company again!!! So I get a reply 3 weeks later wanting to make it right,wanting the order number and pictures of the product 3 weeks later you got to be kidding me!!! Don't do business with this company!!!

So I ordered 7g cherry tropicana PL. Order arrived very quick to the uk 🇬🇧 . They sent me an OUNCE !!! instead of 7g. I emailed them to let them know as i didnt want it to mess up my future orders and its good to be honest every once in a while lol. they are investigating but said this was not my mistake, and to enjoy my PL flower. Amazing company !!
