I have been ordering from JK for over a year now and have always received nothing but the best service. The quality of flower has always been spot on and the black label is where it’s at.

I recently had some issues with my delivery due to my mistake. You guys , worked with me until a resolution was made. You guys stayed in contact with me the whole time I was dealing with the post office. You made sure to assist me as much as you can. Unfortunately, the post office delivered a package to an address that does not exist. However, even with my mistake and the post office. You guys gave me a full refund😎! In turn, of course I used that refund to purchase more gas from you guys!! I myself monitor a 8 million dollar contract, for company that handles our customer service center. So, I am very big on customer service. I want to say THANK YOU!!! Also, loving the 42 dollar and 50 oz. And the fact you offer payments. Allows the customer to try more than one strain at a time. Further more, on every package you receive samples.
