Such a good company. They do shit right. Placed over 35 orders every pack comes within days. No one beats there prices. Tried other companies and this is the one I always come back too.

Great prices and product. Have ordered from here about 10 times so far, typically the 1 oz smalls or the Blue Lion prerolls. PRoduct is always great, never had issues, and typically receive my order in about 10 days. They also always give free goodies each order, like a free thca nug, or preroll.

I had a slight problem with my order being stollen while being delivered and jk distro helped out every step of the way and there customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced!!! I highly recommend them !!! Don’t look anywhere here else they have you covered and their prices are great ! Thanks jk distro !! U guys deserve to have 5 stars !

!!SCAM ALERT!! Update/1/31/2025 still no one has attempted to help >>>>> I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from JK Distro. Their product sits at their facility for 4-5 days before even being shipped, and then it takes another 4-5 days to arrive—if the USPS doesn’t mess it up. I ended up waiting nearly two weeks for a product that never came. This is unacceptable, and the lack of efficiency in their process is frustrating. I won’t be ordering again. The customer service is horrible i sent multiple proofs i have not received items it’s been over a month. !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !!

I spent a total of $160 and paid a massive $70 dollars shipping with JK Distro for an order placed on 19/12/2024, which I have not received to date. I beg the owner of this store to stop using UPS, as they are utter garbage (widely regarded), and have had my parcel in a warehouse for 2 weeks now without moving (last scan in a UPS tracking was in a warehouse on 03/01/2025). Since 03/01/2025, UPS has stopped scanning or giving any tracking updates, so I have no idea if I will ever receive my package. I have had no response from either UPS or JK Distro to my enquiries and requests for an update, and I don't care what kind of business you are running, unless you're shady, if a customer pays $215 for a bunch of products, it is with the implicit expectation that they will receive something for all of that money. You can't just wash your hands of any responsibility after dispatch, especially when you have chosen to use an unreliable shipping partner. Just imagine if every store did that. Around the same time, I made similar orders from two other stores (Backwoodz & Dr Ganja), I received both or those orders on time, so my advice to any customers, is to use those stores instead (they ship with USPS, super reliable, full tracking, and received within 5 days of dispatch. I was under the impression JK Distro was a legit store, but I simply have nothing to back that up from my experience, because I've received nothing for all the money spent, and no-one will respond to my messages for a resolution. It's pretty shocking, and mentally distressing, and financially destructive. So thanks JK Distro and UPS for stripping me of over $200 during the holiday period, a great way to go into 2025! Rest assure, I will be leaving a similar review for UPS. ****************************************************************** EDIT 20/01/25: Further to JK Distro's reply of 19/01/2025, my Order No. for resolution is #308674. Pls do update me as to UPS delivery status. Thank you. ****************************************************************** EDIT 15/02/25: A month after JK Distro wrote on here that they would help me, no help received. I did hear back from UPS who said they had contacted JKDistro about a Customs issue that needed resolving but have had exactly ZERO updates from JK in that regard - so its cool to just take people's money and run it seems. $215 down, nothing to show for it, no customer service to speak of - they just post. messages on here so people checking Trustpilot will actually think they're helpful - they are not. Thanks to their BS I've tried 3 other companies that I received all my orders from - JK your competition is winning. Ive tried to resolve this with you, but as you seem not to be interested in that, I'll take the issue up with my bank for a chargeback.

Horrible customer service ——— does not even express the experience with JK Distro——— spend your money elsewhere- having to now go buy from another vendor. They do not help - email- chat-or give actual info - or seem to even act like they care —- besides just a general statement/comment. This is not how businesses are run in 2025.
