I'm a first time customer of this servie. Not only did it never come, they claimed it was delivered to my mailbox despite the fact that it's too small for my order. No photos were captured of it in my mailbox, no proof was given to me. When I reached out through phone number, I was told to wait 24 hours in case it was an issue with the mailing service. After waiting a full day to contact them again, they looked the other way and are forcing me to wait again for a "thorough investigation" of ~5 days until they FINALLY allow me to claim an insurance policy. Of course, after I had paid for such insurance to begin with. This is a disgraceful service, and I will be using alternative websites that have proven themselves reliable. I'm glad this was my first order, I know to not waste any money here.
