We love Jive Communications. it has allowed us to work from remote locations seamlessly. I also love all the features! Being able to listen to receive voicemails thru email has been is so efficient.

After quickly outgrowing a more limited feature competitor we made the switch to Jive and have been super impressed from day one. The sales team was great but the rock stars are the support group they helped us configure a pesky router and walked us through the PBX setup step by step. Our only regret was not initially selecting Jive!

Moving to Jive has been a great experience. The company has been easy to work with. The support and implementation team were great to work with. They were skilled and knowledgeable and very flexible with the system. As an example, I used the Yealink 41p phones and it does not allow for "directory sync". In a few days, they developed a solution to resolve my issue with the phone. I would highly recommend JIve to any customer seeking a solid telephony company.

Jive Communications integrates with our CRM, Redtail, to help our business provide better customer support while notating our correspondence with clients for compliance. The transition from our previous provided also went smoothly due to actual people assisting us with the setup.

We have been in the telephone business for 40+ years. In that time, I've never had a company as quick to respond to my requests as Jive is. Even when calling in for technical support a ticket is opened and I am transferred to a tech that can help me solve the problem NOW.

The customer service at Jive understands the sense of urgency when assisting. The knowledgeable and quick responding tech's are very understanding and know how to get the job done!

I have more than half my clients on Jive and after having dealt with other VoIP providers in the past, they're the only company i use now. Their feature set is better than their rivals & they provide 24/7 phone support. The tech support staff are generally well informed, and always follow up to make sure your issue is resolved.
