Very helpful on the phone and on the chat feature.

I would probably give Jive 4.5 but that was not a option. This system works as hoped for. the Admin desktop is amazing, This old guy even understands how to make dialing plans. The hardware is a vast improvement over our Comcast equipment. The strength of the Jive system is the shared screen Customer Support. Always positive and competent help us clean up any issues. My clients have not mentioned any drop in voice quality. Mike MacDonald

Jive was a little difficult to setup up due to some comcast internet issues. Once we got the Comcast issues resolved Jive has been phenominal!

I am old school, and not the most technologically savvy. I started with Jive because they made it sound easy. My first two phones came in and onboarding was quick and easy. I did have technical problems with my cable company for frequent dropped signals, and Jive customer support spent over an hour on a conference call with the cable provider, and again when they sent Larry the cable guy out to deny any responsibility. We are still fighting with them, but Jive has been incredibly easy to work with. I still don't read all the instructions, but someone cheerful is on the Jive service desk, whenever I call. They diagnose and fix problems quickly every time. My business is growing and I just bought more phones and each one is easier to do than before. I have remote operations across town, and with the Polycom phones, I just punch in their extension and it works! The people across town sound like they are in the next room. If only Jive could run a cable company!

Very good pricing. Very responsive and helpful service. Easy setup, great online portal for managing and building dial plans. We had one slight issue with our greeting format that took two days to fix, but we were taken care of. All in all, were happy with the switch from RingCentral and would recommend Jive.

Jive is great! Any issues that I have had, the technicians are able to help me resolve with quickness and ease. I would recommend Jive to anyone!
