I recently joined Jive for my business phone and Fax service provider. I have found their personnel to be friendly, helpful and competent. Any service issues have been promptly addressed and very satisfactorily handled. I would recommend Jive as an efficient and very professional telephonic services provider.

Jive was very helpful in assisting with trouble shooting issues with our phones. They also followed up with email to make sure all was settled and if further help was needed.

Jive has been great from the onboarding process on through their ongoing support. The system is flexible - we have a mix of mobile and in-office users - and easy to manage.

Jive has been wonderful. I have been signed on with them for a while now and have no issues. The pricing for VOIP is much better than land lines and the additional features are fantastic. Absolutely wonderful service, love the platform and all the options that you get with the program.

My Experience with Jive Communications has been positive. We have used them for 9 or 10 years and have had very few issues. This is saying a lot considering this is a claims office and the entire business is on the phones. Whenever there is an issue or question they are quick to address and answer your questions or get things back up. Thanks Jive for being there!

Jive has been really easy to setup and use. I do wish it was possible to integrate with Office 365, but overall I'm quite pleased. The admin experience in particular is really nice... simple but very powerful.
