I order from JINX every year for Christmas presents. They have great products and quick shipping. However, after Christmas I tried to send a question on the Web site as to how to return a few shirts (shirts were cut small to size), and to have a larger size sent in their place (didn't want money back, just replacements). Never received a response. I was busy and forgot about it, but when I checked a month later, there still wasn't any response from JINX (didn't want money back, just replacements). I will probably order again next year for Christmas, however, with the knowledge that if I have any problems with my order, I will not expect any response.

Hoping for more great design in 2016!!

The selection they have is diverse, covering several sci-fi & video game related franchises. With that said, they have hats, jackets, scarves, toys, etc, & the bulk of their selection isn't completely made of of T-shirts, which isn't a bad thing, but were I live, a jacket is a good deal more useful then a t-shirt.

I did receive my shipment late. And the tracking was not very accurate. Overall, the customer service was quick on their replies and helpful.

I love all Jinx Designs!! They are great, wonderful and awesome gifts for my gamer brothers. I especially love they size options they go up to. Great that they recognize not everyone fits the standard mold. My one hesitation was on a hoodie I bought. The WOW design was gorgeous and the price around what I had paid previously, but the quality was nowhere near what the other one had been. For a mere $5-10 difference, I would not expect a spring vs winter hoodie. However, once they putout their new premium hoodie, I was once again pulled in to buy a gift for my brother. Overall, know you will love the designs, just read carefully as to the material and it's quality to be sure what you are getting so you are not disappointed like I was.

Browsing on their website is very simple and straight forward. Totally makes purchasing items quicker.
